Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Redds Coffee.

  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "Service" refers to the Website.

  • "Website" refers to Redds Coffee, accessible from reddscoffee.com.

  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We experience a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If a significant delay in shipment of Your Order occurs, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Redds Coffee ships exclusively to addresses within the domestic United States. We utilize UPS Ground for all domestic shipments.

  • Shipping Method: UPS Ground

  • Shipping & Handling Cost: $10.99 USD

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Redds Coffee ships within the domestic United States only. Because we ship via UPS Ground, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Redds Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Redds Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (UPS) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
